How we work

At the beginning we need to find out basic information about your business goals, project ideas, project expectations and target audience in order for us to meet your goals. In other words we need to kind of become a part of your company for the time of project realization.

When these basic pieces of information are clear we move on to the next step of defining project architecture, its functionality, features and layout (wireframes) of the web site´s components. In case you have special requirements or ideas, we may discuss and propose solution to these at this stage. We may give you some tips and ideas on how to make the application more user friendly and easier to operate with. At this stage we also do the so called "prototyping" so that a customer may "touch" the functionality and give more feedback and further requirements.

At the third stage we create data model APIs and business logic that is allready plugged into UI and can be demonstrated and even further discussed. During this stage the core of the application is born with other subsystems that are essential for business logic.

Fourth stage is about finalizing all the required functionality. That means to connect all the parts made in the 3rd stage together and make them work smoothly. The result of this stage is a solid application that has cca 80% to 90% of final functionality which becomes the start point of the last run.

The last run; or tuning, polishing and finalizing. At this stage the customer steps in as an active audience and gives feedback to individual parts of the application. Based on the feedback and further discussion we bring the application parts to a state where they should fit customer needs and expectations.

Pilot launch or the prove of functional result. During the pilot operation we simulate real life conditions, by launching the application for use to a limited number of users/ testers. This stage reveals the most hidden defects/ bugs and prepares the application for the launch.
