What inspires me at my work:
search for the innovative solution to problems, creating/ developing/ programming the software for our customers which brings value to its users by making the workflow, processes within the company or whatever else go smooth thanks to our solution. My main idea is to bring value to the end user of the software I design or develop.

Envy, cause I envy skills of other developers. This motivates me to work harder, know more and achieve better results

What inspires me at my work:
We acquire new knowledge and skills every day, we develop in a innovative and original way. The cooperation within our team is not based on a byrocratic system of large companies. Programming and development decisions are mostly the result of an open professional discussion instead of the one sided decision or order from the boss. And of course I like my job :)
